I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. Feel free to ask why.

All my commission art is for personal use only and does require credit when used outside of my page. If you'd like to use the commissioned work for commercial use, ask me about it first!

I allow my commission work to add value to the resell/retrade of characters (Toyhouse).

I will be using most, if not all, of my commission work for portfolio purposes.

I will send the sketch as proof of progress where you can ask me to change aspects of the artwork. You pay half then and half after the piece in fully done.

I will only accept free changes during the sketch phase. As it is difficult to edit a lined and/or colored piece, additional fees may apply depending on how drastic (or numerous) the change(s) is.

if you need to cancel a commission for any reason, I will understand! Cancelation as early as possible is ideal! If you cancel right before or after the artwork is finished, I will not refund you and you will not get the finished piece.

Please do not use my artwork for harmful/hateful content.

Please do not use my artwork for NFTs/crypto-related business, or to train generative AI.

A purchased design can be used for personal use only!

You can obtained the right to use the design for commercial use for an additional fee of +75% of the base price. All I ask is that you please provide credit for the original design.

The original artwork(s) should not be used for commercial use (unless given explicit permission to do so) nor claimed as your own.

Please don’t resell the desgin within 72 hours (3 days) of purchasing.

If you resell the design, all I ask is that you don't sell it for more than what you bought it for. (UNLESS there is new artwork done by you/commissioned).

I have the right to use the original artwork for the purposes of advertising/showcasing my own work. A purchased design will still belong to the owner.

Changing the design in any way after purchasing is perfectly fine! However, I ask that you refrain from drastically editing the original image.
